蔡佳宏 ／ Tsai, Jia-Hong
現居於臺北、高雄。2016年畢業於臺南藝術大學，材質創作與設計系。2022年畢業於臺南藝術大學， 應用藝術研究所陶瓷組。現為視覺設計師與藝術創作者。
面對著個人的身體狀態與肉身記憶，我關注的是如何在創作過程中招喚出潛在的情動力，在陶瓷創作的領域中，反覆實驗「土」與「身」之間的多重纏捲狀態── 讓「意識」、「肉身」與「物質」，在陶土創作的過程中，產生一種新的關係與重組，像是與尚未知的自我重逢。
同時也是一位身體工作者（經絡按摩），在作為按摩者的觸覺認知裡，身體猶如一張被潛抑的情緒地圖，也是一座被記憶所雕塑的軀體。在身體工作經驗中，觸覺持續在肉身與土胎之間流轉（從皮膚皺褶到土質顆粒；從肌肉到土壤的黏性與乾溼度）。這種流動轉換的經驗，也強烈影響了我面對陶土創作時的「造型意識」。

How to call potential emotional driving through the process of creation is the path I keep exploring. For ceramics creation, what I repeatedly experiment with is a state of "things coiling around each other." I believe that "consciousness, body, and materials" in everyday life could be given a new set of sensory experiences restructured during the process of creating ceramics. It's just like a reunion with your unknown self.
Tsai is a ceramic artist as well as an acupuncture-channels massage therapist. As a massage therapist, she recognizes a body through touch -- a body is like a map of hidden emotions and a sculptured figure carved by memories. In the process of massaging and hand building, her hands flow between flesh and clay (from skinfolds to soil grains; from the stickiness and dryness of muscles to those of soil). This flowing significantly affects her "design consciousness" while creating ceramic artworks.
